My relative died. Where can I find their will or codicil?

You can search for a deposited Will using the Court Index. Search by the deceased person's name. If there are no results, the decedent may not have a Will, the Will may be in someone else’s possession, or if the decedent resided outside of San Diego, the Will may be deposited in another county or state.
